Ceremony chairs, reception tables, and a weekend to set them up and take them down on your own schedule. Outside Central Minnesota, delivery is quoted by distance, or tow the trailer from our yard.
At an open house people come and go. At a wedding everyone sits at once, twice: for the ceremony and again for dinner. That is why wedding seating is a whole-weekend job, and why we rent the trailer for the weekend rather than by the day.
Set the chairs Friday, move them from ceremony to reception on Saturday, and load them back on the racks Sunday. No second charge for the shuffle.
Barn, farm and shed weddings are where a trailer of folding chairs fits most naturally: there is usually no venue seating, the setup runs over a long weekend, and there is a yard where a trailer can sit out of the way.
A few things that help on a farm: banquet tables need level footing, so set them on the barn floor or a flat patch of yard before guests arrive and swap any that rock. Park the trailer where it stays out of the photos but close enough to reach the racks. If the ceremony is in a field and dinner is in the barn, the chairs can make the trip once, after the vows.
Tell us about the property in the booking form: how the drive is, where the trailer can park, and whether you plan to tow it or want delivery quoted.
Clean, matching steel folding chairs and banquet tables: the practical kind you see at barn weddings, church halls and backyard receptions all over Minnesota. They are not gold chiavari chairs, and we would rather say so here than have you disappointed on the day.
