One flat $299 for the weekend whether you pull 40 chairs off the rack or all 178. Most rental companies price per chair per day, so a Friday-to-Sunday event gets multiplied by three before delivery is even added. That is the whole reason we bundle it.

Yes. The trailer rents as a unit. Forty chairs or 178 chairs, it is $299 for the weekend. We do not split the load, which is exactly why we can keep the price flat.
A $200 refundable deposit holds your date and covers us against damage. You get it back when the trailer comes home in the shape it left in.
In practice, Friday to Sunday or Monday. If you need it longer or midweek, ask — midweek is usually easier for us, not harder.
It depends how far you are from Albany. Inside 15 miles it is free; past that it is a flat rate or a distance quote. Every town page lists which band it falls in, and towing it yourself is always free.
Because we rent one trailer as one bundle instead of pricing 178 chairs individually per day. We have no counter, no showroom and no staff to pay — it is a family running one very well-organised trailer.
