Most rental companies price per chair per day, so a Friday-to-Sunday event gets multiplied by three before delivery is even added. We rent the trailer, not the chair — one flat price whether you pull a dozen off the rack or empty it.

Yes. The trailer rents as a unit. A dozen chairs or the whole load, it is one quote for the weekend. We do not split the load, which is exactly why we can keep it flat.
A $200 booking deposit reserves your date — it takes that weekend off the market for everyone else. It is not refundable, and it comes off your total, so you pay the balance before pickup. Anything missing or damaged is billed after return at the replacement cost on the rental agreement; there is no separate damage deposit.
In practice, Friday to Sunday or Monday. If you need it longer or midweek, ask — midweek is usually easier for us, not harder.
It depends how far you are from Albany. Inside 15 miles it is free; past that it is a flat rate or a distance quote. Every town page lists which band it falls in, and towing it yourself is always free.
Because we rent one trailer as one bundle instead of pricing every chair individually per day. We have no counter, no showroom and no staff to pay — it is a family running one very well-organised trailer.
