Anyone who has thrown a graduation open house in Central Minnesota knows the routine: borrow forty chairs from the church, thirty from the neighbour, a dozen folding tables from whoever has a shed big enough, then spend the Sunday after returning all of it to the right places. It is not the party that wears you out. It is the logistics around it.
So we built the logistics into the product. The chairs live on racks inside an enclosed trailer. You hook up, tow it home, pull off what you need, and at the end of the night you hang them back on the same racks. The reload is not a chore you dread — it is ten minutes.
Per-chair-per-day pricing is how the rental industry works, and it is also how a weekend party quietly turns into a four-figure bill. Two hundred chairs at a couple of dollars a chair sounds reasonable until you multiply by three days.
We rent the trailer, not the chairs. $299 for the weekend, 178 chairs and 4 tables on board. It is simpler for you to budget and simpler for us to run, and simple is the only reason a family can operate this without a warehouse.
If your date is booked, we will say so straight away instead of leaving you hanging. If your yard will not take a bounce house safely, we will tell you that too. And if you live far enough out that the delivery fee stops making sense, we will say so and suggest you tow it — even though that earns us less.
We are building this on repeat business in towns where word travels. That only works one way.
