Graduation season in Central Minnesota is a genuine logistical event. Every family in three districts throws an open house across the same four weekends, everybody needs the same hundred and fifty chairs, and the church only owns forty.
That crunch is exactly the problem the trailer solves. One quote, a loaded trailer and tables, yours for the weekend. You are not competing for the community centre's folding chairs and you are not making six trips in a minivan.

Most rental companies price per chair per day, so a Friday-to-Sunday event gets multiplied by three before delivery is even added. We rent the trailer, not the chair — one flat price whether you pull a dozen off the rack or empty it.
A third to a half of your invite list. Guests come and go, so you seat the overlap, not the total. A full trailer covers several hundred people through the door.
The last two weekends of May and first two of June go first, often months ahead. Book the trailer before you order announcements.
That is the standard rental. One quote covers Friday through Sunday or Monday, which matters when the open house is Saturday and cleanup is Sunday.
