We run chairs, tables, tents and bounce houses to 8 towns in Douglas County from our yard in Albany. One quote for the weekend — the loaded trailer, one bundle, one price.
Sorted by how far it is from the trailer. Osakis is the closest at 38 miles; Alexandria is the biggest market in the county with about 14,869 people. Between them these towns hold roughly 18,732 residents, and every one of them has graduations, weddings and fundraisers that need seating.

Most rental companies price per chair per day, so a Friday-to-Sunday event gets multiplied by three before delivery is even added. We rent the trailer, not the chair — one flat price whether you pull a dozen off the rack or empty it.
All of them, as far as we are concerned — the ones with their own pages are Alexandria, Osakis, Brandon, Carlos, Miltona, Garfield, Nelson, Forada. If your town is not listed, ask anyway — the trailer does not check county lines.
Quoted for the weekend, everywhere in the county. The loaded trailer as one bundle, with a $200 booking deposit that reserves the date and comes off the total. Only the delivery fee changes with distance, and you can skip that entirely by towing it.
The closest town we list is Osakis at about 38 miles; the furthest in this county is Brandon at 64 miles. Every town page shows its own distance and drive time.
Weekends book first, especially May and June. Send us the date and your headcount and we will come straight back to you on whether it is open.
