You need a 2-5/16 inch ball and something rated to tow an enclosed trailer. The rental runs for the weekend, so there is no rush to unload on the day. From Isanti that is about 77 road miles each way, so picking the trailer up and bringing it back are each a round trip of about 154 miles.
Inside, the chairs hang on racks and the tables ride along the wall. Unloading is pulling what you need off the rack; loading back up is hanging them where they came from.
