178 chairs and 4 tables on a trailer, $299 for the whole weekend. Family owned, out of Albany.
A company picnic is a mixed event: people drift between the food, the games and the shade. You do not need a seat for every attendee, but you need enough that nobody eats standing up holding a paper plate in two hands.
The trailer covers the seating and a bounce house covers the kids, which is what actually drives attendance. Both in one booking, one flat weekend rate.
| Chairs you actually use | What you pay | Cost per chair | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 40 chairs | $299 | $7.47 | Same trailer, same price |
| 80 chairs | $299 | $3.74 | Same trailer, same price |
| 120 chairs | $299 | $2.49 | Same trailer, same price |
| 178 chairs | $299 | $1.68 | Same trailer, same price |
One flat $299 for the weekend whether you pull 40 chairs off the rack or all 178. Most rental companies price per chair per day, so a Friday-to-Sunday event gets multiplied by three before delivery is even added. That is the whole reason we bundle it.
Yes. Call and we will sort out the paperwork side — it is not a problem.
Bounce houses, delivered and set up by us. They are usually the difference between employees showing up alone and employees bringing their families.
Picnics run mixed — some people sit, plenty stand at the grill. Half your headcount is a reasonable starting point, and 178 chairs covers a picnic of around 350.
