Most rental companies price per chair per day, so a Friday-to-Sunday event gets multiplied by three before delivery is even added. We rent the trailer, not the chair — one flat price whether you pull a dozen off the rack or empty it.

For a wedding, unlike an open house, plan a seat for every guest — everyone sits at once. A full trailer seats a reception of several hundred, and we can add to the load.
