You are not renting a stack of chairs and a pile of tables. You are renting an enclosed trailer with the chairs hanging on racks and the tables riding along the wall, so it arrives organised and goes back the same way.
Pull what you need off the rack, host your event, and hang them back. Nobody counts chairs back in at the end of the night. Need more than the trailer holds? Ask, and we can add to it.
Towing is how most people outside Central Minnesota use us. You need a 2-5/16 inch ball and a vehicle rated to tow an enclosed trailer; most half-ton pickups and full-size SUVs handle it. Pick it up from our yard, keep it for the weekend, bring it back.
Because the rental runs for the weekend, a Saturday event can set up on Friday and tear down on Sunday without a second charge for the extra day.
Outside Central Minnesota, delivery is quoted by distance, or tow the trailer from our yard. Inside Central Minnesota, delivery is part of the quote. Farther out we quote it by distance and tell you the number before you commit, and if towing is the better call for your event we will say so. Every event is quoted. The $200 booking deposit is non-refundable and applied to the total.
