Outside Central Minnesota, delivery is quoted by distance, or tow the trailer from our yard. Our trailer lives in Central Minnesota, about 89 road miles and 1 hr 40 min from Crosslake.
89 road miles puts Crosslake a short way past our everyday towns. Towing it yourself is the simple option; delivery is quoted by distance if you would rather not.
Crosslake is a Whitefish Chain lake town north of Brainerd, where plenty of gatherings happen at cabins. Towns on this edge of Central Minnesota tend to host in church halls, shops and backyards, which is the kind of event a trailer of folding chairs is built for.
What Crosslake customers can book from us:
The trailer comes loaded: folding chairs on wall racks, banquet tables alongside, quoted for the weekend. Tow it home or ask about delivery.
Bounce houses and water slides are rented in Central Minnesota — farther out, ask. See the inflatables →
Tents arrive spring 2027. Every event is quoted. The $200 booking deposit is non-refundable and applied to the total.
The trailer needs a vehicle rated to tow an enclosed trailer and a 2-5/16 inch ball. Most half-ton pickups and full-size SUVs handle it. You pick it up from our yard, keep it for the weekend, and bring it back. From Crosslake that is about 89 road miles each way, so picking the trailer up and bringing it back are each a round trip of about 178 miles.
Because the chairs hang and the tables stand along the wall, the trailer unloads in the order you set up, and nothing slides around on the drive.
