Our trailer lives in Albany, 35 miles from Buckman, and our family loads it ourselves. Folding chairs and banquet tables loaded on a trailer, quoted for the whole weekend. Tents and bounce houses too. Tow it yourself or let us bring it.
Buckman sits about 35 miles from Albany, a 45-minute drive. We deliver out here regularly. At 35 miles, towing it yourself is the economical call if you have the vehicle for it. If you do not, we will quote the drive honestly.
Buckman is a small town — about 312 people — and the seating for anything big usually gets borrowed from three directions. A Buckman party is usually somebody's yard, a hall, or a shed cleaned out for the weekend. All three work fine with a trailer parked alongside.
We cover Buckman as part of a run through Morrison County that also takes in Genola, Pierz and Lastrup, so it is rare that we are making a trip out here for one booking. The price does not move with your headcount. That is not generosity, it is just simpler to run one trailer than to count chairs twice. Nothing about this is complicated, and we work to keep it that way.
One trailer, one flat price, and a family that reads every request itself. Here is the whole list — there is no hidden catalogue behind it.
| What you get | What you pay | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| The loaded trailer | Quoted for the weekend | Chairs and tables on board |
| However many you use | Same quote | We do not split the load or count them back |
| Keep it Friday to Sunday | Same quote | No per-day multiplier |
| Need more than it holds | Just ask | We can add to it |
| Booking deposit | $200 | Reserves the date, comes off the total |
Most rental companies price per chair per day, so a Friday-to-Sunday event gets multiplied by three before delivery is even added. We rent the trailer, not the chair — one flat price whether you pull a dozen off the rack or empty it.
Pick the loaded trailer up in Albany with a truck or SUV rated to tow, using a 2-5/16 inch ball. Tow it to Buckman, pull the chairs off, host, hang them back, bring it home. This is the cheapest way and it is what most people do.
Tell us the date, headcount and address and we deliver to Buckman on your schedule, then collect it when the party is over. Delivery quoted by distance for Buckman.
One quote for the weekend covers the loaded trailer — folding chairs and banquet tables — as one bundle, however many you actually use. A $200 booking deposit reserves the date and comes off the total. Delivery to Buckman is separate and quoted by distance — delivery quoted by distance applies here.

A 2-5/16 inch ball and a vehicle rated to tow an enclosed trailer — most half-ton pickups and full-size SUVs handle it without any trouble. If you are unsure whether your vehicle is up to it, tell us what you drive in the booking form.
Yes. Delivery quoted by distance applies to Buckman, which is 35 miles from Albany.
No. Chairs, tables and bounce houses is the whole list right now, with tents and yard games coming. We would rather do a short list properly.
The trailer is enclosed, so the chairs stay dry until you pull them out. If you have to move the whole thing indoors, the racks make picking them back up quick.
For a whole weekend, we think so, and it is the billing model rather than a discount: companies that price per chair per day multiply by the count and again by the days. We quote the trailer once, for the weekend. Get a quote from anyone else and compare the weekend total, not the daily rate — that is where the difference shows up.
