One quote for the weekend, covering the loaded trailer — chairs and tables — as one bundle. A $200 booking deposit reserves the date and comes off the total. Need more than it holds, or a tent? Ask and we will quote it.
No, and that is deliberate. The trailer rents as one unit, which is what keeps the price flat and low. You are welcome to only use twenty.
A 2-5/16 inch ball and a vehicle rated to tow an enclosed trailer. Most half-ton pickups and full-size SUVs manage fine.
Yes. Free within 15 miles of Albany, flat rate to about 30 miles, quoted by distance beyond that. Every town page states its band.
We list 133 towns across 18 counties. If you are outside that and it is a reasonable drive, send it through the form and ask.
We can — say so in the form and it is quoted with your booking. Two of our three units are water slides with splash pools; all three come with a blower and ground stakes, and they have to be staked before use.
For May and June graduation weekends, months. For most other dates, a few weeks is plenty.
Tell us as early as you can. The $200 booking deposit is not refundable — it took that weekend off the market — but if you need a different date, ask: we would rather move a booking than lose one, and we will move it when we have the date open.
Wipe off the obvious and hang them back on the racks. Getting them back on the racks is what matters — that is how the count stays right.
Year round, including all winter. Christmas parties, funeral luncheons, church suppers, hockey and sports banquets and February fundraisers all need seating, and the trailer is enclosed so nothing sits out in the weather. Winter and early spring dates are the easiest ones to get on short notice — May and June are the months that book months ahead.
We answer the booking form 8am to 8pm Monday through Saturday and 10am to 6pm Sunday, usually the same day. The form is the way to reach us — it goes straight to a phone, so it is faster than email.
For a full weekend, we believe so — because of how it is billed, not a discount. Others charge per chair per day; we quote the trailer once, for the weekend. Compare weekend totals rather than daily rates and you will see the gap.
Weekends book first, especially May and June. Send us the date and your headcount and we will come straight back to you on whether it is open.
