Getting it to Sauk Centre

Sauk Centre is 23 miles from Albany, roughly a 30-minute drive, and it is a route we run often. A 30-minute tow each way is the trade for free delivery. Most people with a truck decide it is worth it.

With about 4,616 residents, Sauk Centre is big enough to have real venues and a steady run of events, but small enough that your party is not a rounding error to whoever takes the booking. Sauk Centre has enough going on that most weekends somebody is setting up folding chairs somewhere. We would rather it was ours than six borrowed sets.

We cover Sauk Centre as part of a run through Stearns County that also takes in West Union, Melrose and Meire Grove, so it is rare that we are making a trip out here for one booking. There is no per-chair rate to do arithmetic on, and no weekend multiplier waiting at the end. Nothing about this is complicated, and we work to keep it that way.

A house-shaped bouncer with a slide out the side and a shallow pool at the bottom. Runs dry or wet, which makes it the one that works in May and September too.

What you need in your yard

A reasonably flat patch of grass with a few feet of clearance on every side, an outdoor outlet within about 100 feet for the blower, and for the water units a garden hose that reaches. Every unit comes with its blower and ground stakes, and it has to be staked before anyone goes in — Minnesota wind is not something to guess at.
